Unfortunately, SBM does not offer returns or exchanges. All orders are final. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying a certain product or if you have any questions about a specific product.
SBM does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to skinbymiso@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receiving your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.
Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
