We now require a 50% deposit for all services to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Every 30th of the month we open for the following month at 7pm.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. If you need to make changes to your appointment on the same day, the deposit will be retained. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with no penalty if done prior to the same day. However, if a cancellation or rescheduling occurs on the same day, the deposit will be forfeited. Due to the detailed consultation involved, please arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period; arriving later than this will result in a cancellation and the forfeiture of 50% of the service fee. To avoid forfeiting your appointment, please notify us of any changes or cancellations through Vagaro or by calling us at 734-496-5871. We emphasize that cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Please be aware that SBM reserves the right to decline future appointments for no-shows or frequent cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS.
